Route Description
The mountain hut is located on the outskirts of Komenda, below the Šenturška gora Mountain, on a small hill surrounded by trees.
We went to the Komendska koča Hut on foot with a baby stroller and left the car at the church in the village of Komenda.
This is a real mountain paradise, as it is accessible to all who like to walk in the mountains and those who prefer to drive up with their car. They also have a picnic area for all guests, somewhat separate from the catering part, which you can book and have your own party there. Children can jump on a trampoline, have a go on a slide and a swing, throw a frisbee and pet the Mini ZOO animals. Since the mountain hut is away from all the car traffic, you will be able to drink coffee in peace while the children play.

A mini zoo, wooden toys, trampolines and cute little pets leave a smile on the faces of all children ;).

A visit to the Komenda Mountain Hut is therefore a great idea even on a rainy day, because the trampolines are located under a roof.
